The WatchPAT 300 is a diagnostic device used to monitor your breathing and oxygen levels while you sleep.

 
 

Important Rules

  • Timeline: Please complete your test within 7 days of receiving the device.

  • Return: The device must be returned within 2 days of completing the test so the data can be analyzed.

  • The Form: You must return the completed Japanese form (the last page of the paper booklet) inside the carrying case.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prepare: Read the English Guide and ensure you are ready for bed before putting on the device.

  2. The Test: Wear the device for one full night of sleep.

  3. The Paperwork: Cut out the last page of the Japanese instruction booklet. Use the SAS Self-check sheet (translation) to fill it out.

  4. Pack: Place the device and the completed form back into the carrying case and box it came in.

  5. Return: * Option A: Drop it off at any convenience store using the prepaid label included in your box.

    • Option B: Bring the device directly back to Torii Health during clinic hours.
